Error "AHD05237: An internal error with surveys occurred" when users click on the Survey feedback URL.

Issue/Introduction

Description:

Below error appears in the browser when users click on the Survey feedback URL from an email:

Solution:

To resolve the issue, edit the Access Type Detail and verify/update if the role is defined for "Command Line Utility Role". For example, if the Administrator is the user who tries to access the Survey feedback URL, you must edit Administration Access Type Detail and verify/update if the Administrator is used for "Command Line Utility Role" as shown below:

Users should now be able to access the Survey feedback URL successfully.
