Issue/Introduction

Find the value of the log_archive_dest variable from $ORACLE_HOME/dbs/initEHEALTH.ora on Unix and from $ORACLE_HOME/database/initEHEALTH.ora on Windows. The value stands for archive destination directory. Check to see if this directory exists.  If not, the directory needs to be created and the directory should have the correct permissions (chmod 775) and be owned by the $NH_USER.
