Need to output the JES Message log to a dataset. Here are some simple steps using Sysview.

  1. Go to "ACTIVITY". Enter "ACTIVITY" on the Command line.
  2. Find the started task name under 'Jobname'.
  3. Place a "L" next to the started task.
  4. In the "LISTFILE" place "CO" next to JESYSMSG.
  5. Fill in or modify the dataset parameters.
