Issue/Introduction
Since most Frame Relay and ATM elements are virtual as opposed to physical ports, they are allowed to exceed 100% utilization, up to the maximum utilization of the physical port, so in some cases bandwidth spikes are a expected behavior.
If that is not the case, verify that the speed of the element in the Poller Configuration UI is correct. If it is incorrect, rediscover the device and verify if the speed was updated.
