The maximum number of rows (records) are only limited by the version.

Resolution

The DBXLOAD utility program can accept an input file with a maximum of 32,767 rows (records) per version.

If the DBXLOAD utility program exceeds 32,767 rows, warning messages will be visible in the sysout as follows
