NH_STATS0 tables have small number of rows and have inaccurate create dates.

NH_STATS1 tables have small number of rows and have inaccurate create dates.

Ex:

       NH_STATS1_1027051199    11               21-02-2003-20:03:27

Problem Environment:

Causes of this problem:
' As-polled' ( NH_STATS0 ) statistic tables were created after rollups occurred preventing further rollups due to the fact that associated NH_STATS1 tables were already created.
