Issue/Introduction

VLSUTIL BACKUP/FORMAT/RESTORE on a IDEAL VLS source file was run successfully but now the Ideal program compilation is failing with fatal error

IDEAL 

Cause

VLSUTIL FORMAT was incorrectly run with NAMELEN=40 .

Resolution

Run VLSUTIL FORMAT with  NAMELEN=24
