The nhDeleteElements command is working properly for the lanWan/routerSwitch elements.
If an element is polling for both lanWan and routerSwitch statistics, the first execution of the nhDeleteElements command will only disable the polling of the lanWan statistics (storeInDb is set to no).
The element will still be polled for the routerSwitch statistics (does not use a license), as the statistics are aggregated to the Parent RH element.
If the nhDeleteElements command is run a second time, the element will be removed from the poller configuration.
