Feature #13 is being introduced to allow these violation messages to be suppressed.

This feature requires PTF RO12672.

This feature number is used to enable MSGSUPP=YES when invoking RACROUTE REQUEST=AUTH calls to suppress security violation messages generated by RACF/TSS/ACF2.
