Issue/Introduction

How to change the High Level Qualifiers (HLQ) going forward.   The existing history files would retain their existing names.

 

Resolution

To change the HLQ run the BACKUP / RESTORE.  Point the RESTORE to the NEW HLQ for the SCDS file. The existing jobs will still be pointing to the OLD HLQ SCDS file and must be changed to the NEW HLQ SCDS.
