Issue/Introduction
Remove 'Listen 80' entry in httpd.tpl and then regenerate httpd.conf. Please refer to TS9403 for details about regenerating httpd.conf.

Error: "(125) Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80"
There is no other application or process is using port TCP/80

Customer has modified custom httpd.tpl file incorrectly that makes multiple 'Listen 80' entries in httpd.conf
