After a failover to the Secondary Wireless LAN Controller (WLC), all the Access Points (APs) do not fallback to the Primary WLC
Article ID: 5210
The Access Points (APs) configured with the Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) active / passive information fails over to the Secondary WLC when the Primary WLC goes down, but all the APs will not fallback when the Primary WLC is up and running
The Primary and the Secondary WLC belong to different landscapes
The Primary and the Secondary WLC should be discovered and configured under the same landscape for the failover and fallback to work properly
