How to restore elements deleted from OneClick for eHealth (Legacy KB ID CNC TS24038 )

Article ID: 52098

Updated On:

CA eHealth

As when deleting elements from the Poller Configuration UI (motif), when you delete an element via OneClickEH, the element record is removed from the eHealth database and can only be "restored" by restoring the entire database using the last database save. However, this will result in data loss for the entire polled configuration since the time of the last database save.

So, the eHealth administrator should weigh the value of the recently polled data against what was deleted before deciding to roll back.
