Issue/Introduction
To change the user under which the netViz Enterprise Service runs, perform the following steps: 1) Stop the netViz Enterprise Server service 2) Move or copy this folder and its sub-directories from the old nES (netViz Enterprise Service ) user to the new nES user: C:\Documents and Settings\<nES User>\Application Data\netVizAppserver\ 3) Change the identity under which the service runs from the old user to the new user 4) Start the service

Problem Environment: netViz Enterprise Microsoft Windows 2000 Microsoft Windows 2003 Cloned system via Virtual Machine
Causes of this problem: When cloning a system, the new server has a different name; although the user ID and password may not have changed, the identity needs to be changed under which the service runs from the old user to the new user.
