Check the following:
1. Make sure that the username/password being used is correct.
2. Stop and restart the web daemon.
To stop the Network Health httpd daemon on Solaris:
-Login as root
-Run the command /etc/init.d/httpd.sh stop
-Run the command /etc/init.d/httpd.sh start
To stop the Network Health httpd daemon on HP-UX:
-Login as root
-Run the command /sbin/init.d/httpd.sh stop
-Run the command /sbin/init.d/httpd.sh start
To stop the Network Health httpd daemon on Windows:
Login as the Network Health user
Select Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Services
The services dialog box will appear
Select Network Health httpd; click Stop. Once it stops, click start.
Click Close
Try to login again. If still unable to login:
3. Check the password file. In the $NH_HOME/web/webCfg/ directory, copy the passwd file to passwd.old. Then copy the passwd.bak to passwd. Try to log in. If still unsuccessful, Please contact Concord Technical Support for further assistance.
