Issue/Introduction

To update the admin web user's password to match in Report Center:

nhRptCtrConfig -action setAdminWebAccess -dbUser $NH_USER -adminUser admin -adminPassword myPassword -adminURI http://localhost:9301/p2pd/servlet/dispatch

In the above example, enter the admin web user's actual password after the -adminPassword argument (where the example shows myPassword).

Once this is done, you will need to reinstall the Report Center patch.

Report Center patch Install failed at testConnection with "Unable to authenticate" error.

Problem Environment:
Problem Ticket: PRD00036009
eHealth 6.1
eHealth 6.0

Causes of this problem:
The problem is that the RC patch install failed at step 12, before the metadata was deployed.

From the <date>_1531-rc_oob_RptCtr60004.det log file:

15:32:50 ...Testing connection to eHealth Report Center Server
15:32:50 ERROR: running /usr/local/ehealth/bin/nhRptCtrConfig -action testConnection. Unable to connect to eHealth Report Center. See log file /usr/local/ehealth/log/install/RCTestConnection.log.

From the RCTestConnection.log:

Testing login to Report Center Servers.
Error: Failed to connect to ReportCenter
Details:
CM-CAM-4005 Unable to authenticate. Check your security directory server connection and confirm the credentials entered at login.
CAM-AAA-0180 The 3rd party provider returned a user recoverable exception.
 The provided credentials are invalid.
Error: Failed to connect to Report Center - Report center is not available.

This error usually indicates that the user changed the password of the eHealth web user named "admin" but did not update Report Center to match.  If this is the case, you will need to update the admin password in RC, and re-run the RC patch install.
