Run these steps to restart the previous eHealth services:
1. make sure no eHealth process is running
2. run this command:
nhSetClusterMode -fullAdmin
It takes the system out of quiet mode.
This should stop the server from stopping...
3. Restart the eHealth server:
nhServer start
