Changes affecting this problem:
When a policy-based rediscover is run from OCE discover UI after updating the policy to add group as a new policy attribute, it usually results sole change of group assignment of existing elements. However, in this case, the "Save Results" button is grayed out, so user has no way of saving the desired group configuration change. However, a discover log (unsaved) associated with this discover session does get created and documents the group assignment.
