Issue/Introduction
Version 6.2 of eHealth is a major release, however it is not an upgrade of 6.1. 6.2 is a service pack install for 6.1. If a user is currently on version 5.7 or 6.0 of eHealth, 6.2 is a full upgrade.
If currently on eHealth 6.1-> 6.2 is a service pack install.
If currently on eHealth 5.7 or 6.0-> 6.2 is an upgrade.
If currently on a version of eHealth prior to 5.7, see install guide.
To install 6.2, download the correct DVD for your platform:
CA eHealth Performance Manager r6.2 for Solaris DVD01124009E.iso
CA eHealth Performance Manager r6.2 for Windows DVD10120318E.iso
The DVDs are distributed as ISO images. These can be found in the CA Support Online Download Center page.
NOTE: The options in the product selection box on the download page will vary depending upon the user's entitlement. However, the DVD that is needed will appear exactly as named above (provided 6.2 is selected for release). If you have gone through all available download options, and cannot find the above named DVDs, please contact Customer Care at 1-800-CALL-CAI (800-225-5224) to discuss entitlement.
Each of these DVDs will contain the service packs necessary to do the patch and device certification updates, or to start the install of a full upgrade or new install.
Solaris instructions
CA eHealth Performance Manager r6.2 for Solaris DVD contains the following files:
EH_620_D03_README
ENU_620_P00_README
ENU_620_SOL_P00.ZIP
Workflow_r1.1.5-SP4.zip
EH_UNX_620_D03.ZIP
ENU_620_SOL_00_PLUS.sh
R62_TotalDoc.zip
Patch:
If the eHealth system is currently at version 6.1 with no patches, 6.1 SP1, or 6.1 SP2, use the file named ENU_620_SOL_P00.ZIP to install the service pack according to the instructions in ENU_620_P00_README. Also, use EH_UNX_620_D03.ZIP to install the device certification patch according to the instructions in EH_620_D03_README. Those two zip files and the readme file are contained in CA eHealth Performance Manager r6.2 for Solaris DVD01124009E.iso
Upgrade or new install:
If the eHealth system is currently at version 5.7 or 6.0, then use the InstallPlus package named ENU_620_SOL_00_PLUS.sh, according to the instructions in the eHealth Installation Guide, which is available in R62_TotalDoc.zip. NOTE: For this upgrade/install, the following DVDs are also needed:

eHealth Network Performance Manager For Solaris r6.1 (Oracle) DVD 2 of 2 DVD01101334E.ISO
These DVDs are downloaded by selecting "6.1" for Release, from the same product page as was used to download the 6.2 DVD.

These DVDs are downloaded by selecting "6.1" for Release, from the same product page as was used to download the 6.2 DVD.
Please note that any installations of 6.0, or upgrades from earlier release to 6.0 must use the latest 9.2.0.8 OOB available for download from CA support and not the OOB included in the 6.0 kit.
