SPECTRUM Report Manager (SRM) reports failing to be sent by email

When trying to e-mail a scheduled report the following error message is received:

CrystalEnterprise.smtp: SMTP_E_MAILBOX_UNAVAILABLE_2(550)

Add the domain name to the /etc/mail.sendmail.cf file and restart the sendmail process
