Make sure that there is a 'hosts' file that contains the hostname and IP address of all the systems in the cluster, so that name resolution works between the systems.
The hosts file should be located in %SystemRoot%\system32\drivers\etc\. The default hosts file in this directory has information on how to format the information for hostname resolution.
