The netViz Help file will not open in Windows 7 by default. You may receive an error, such as the following: THe following steps will resolve this issue for you.

Unable to load Windows Help file:
C:\Program Files\netViz\7\Pro\Program\netViz.hlp

Windows 7 may display a "Why can't I get help from this program?" message. To access the Help file, you must first download the Windows Help program (WinHlp32.exe) referred to in this message.
After you install the WinHlp32.exe program from Microsoft, you are able to open the Help Topics, but you may receive an error similar to the following when launching context-sensitive help or performing other actions: ---------------------------

To resolve this issue, perform the following steps, which will enable macros on a single computer:
Click Start, type regedit in the Start Search box, and then click regedit in the Programs list. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.
Locate the following registry subkey, and then click it:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft
On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click Key.
Type WinHelp, and then press ENTER.
Click the WinHelp key. On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD (32-bit) Value.
Type AllowProgrammaticMacros, and then press ENTER.
On the Edit menu, click Modify.
In the Value data box, type 1, click Hexadecimal in the Base area, and then click OK.
Exit Registry Editor..
