Unable to login to SPECTRUM eHealth integration after running nhWebSso command
Release: Any version of Spectrum integrated with eHealth
Possible root cause was the -disableFallback option was used when running nhWebSso
When using the command nhWebSso to enable Single Sign On on the eHealth server, do not use the option -disableFallback.
Using the option -disableFallback will actually disable the Single Sign On capability. . Run the command with the default options and authentication should complete successfully.
The syntax of the command should be:
nhWebSso -hostname <hostname> -idleTimeout 10
