When an Authentication Failure trap has been sent to SPECTRUM, either the 0x00010017 or 0x0001030a events are generated.

Use the Event Configuration editor to remove the alarming on the 0x00010017 and 0x0001030a events.

1. Log into OneClick as an ADMIN user

2. Select Tools -> Utilities -> Event Configuration from the top level menu

3. Filter for 0x00010017 in the Navigation panel and select the 0x00010017 event

4. Click on the Alarms tab in the Details panel

5. Set the Severity field to None

6. Click on the Save icon

7. Repeat steps 3 - 6 for the 0x0001030a event

Next you will need to update the event configuration for each landscape in the Spectrum environment.

1. Log into OneClick as an ADMIN user

2. Find and select the VNM model

3. Click on the Information tab in the Component Detail panel

4. Find and expand the SpectroSERVER Control subview
