Availability Showing >100% in TOPN reports

Environment

CONFIGURATION: 6.3.2.12 eHealth LINUX

Cause

("Warning: VKTM detected a time drift"  in the oracle log)

found some negative values in nhExportData

please use following command to check the statistics data and time value in database?
Example :
nhExportData -subjName "MNDCENRMYSC12P.cidr.gov.in-1691-SH" -subjType element -fromDate start date -fromTime start time -toDate end date -toTime end time -vars availability -outFile

If you change the time, or timezone, on a machine backwards, this will have negative effects on the operation of eHealth. The result will affect the poller operation such that it will not be able to insert data into the database
