Abend S0C4 in NSIGHTDC NADCFUNM upon DC startup caused by invalid PCSSID

Issue/Introduction

Description:

The startup of the Data Collector abends immediately with a S0C4 in NSIGHTDC module NADCFUNM. The Data Collector terminates immediately.

Solution:

The PCSSID stated in the PC task, and in the .SOURCE members IDDCPRMS/IDUIPRMS can not have the same name as the DB2 subsystem name.
