Issue/Introduction

If a job stream contains more than one VSE job name, // JOB ABC123, Scheduler may not correctly track the VSE cancellation codes. In order for Scheduler to correctly track the cancel codes, each CA Scheduler job (JBR) should name a JCL stream which contains only 1 JOB card.
