Issue/Introduction
Configuring EIAM with AD
Login to EIAM Application in EIAM as EIAM administrator. (Username: EiamAdmin/Password: Corresponding EIAM password) Choose Global in the Application dropdown.

Click the Configure Tab.

Select EEM Server.

Choose Global Users/ Global Groups.

Select Reference from an External Directory.
Give the corresponding Microsoft AD details of the network.
Save the information. The Status of External Directory bind succeeded will turn green.
Click on Refresh Status. The Status of External directory data is loaded will turn green.
The Active Directory is now attached.
Click on Manage Identities.

Click on Go. You will see the list of all users associated with the Microsoft AD under the users node.
Configuring SWCM Application in EIAM with AD
Login to CASWCM application in EIAM as the EIAM administrator (UserName: EiamAdmin/Pasword: Correponding EIAM password).
Note: Do not use CASWCMAdmin/CASWCMAdmin - This is the SWCM administrator username and password.
Click on Manage Identities.
Under Search Users, Choose Global Users and search for the user whom you would want to add under CASWCM Users.
Click on Add Application User Details.
To add the user as CASWCM Users (limited user rights)
Choose CASWCM Users from the Available User Groups and Move it to the Selected User Groups.
To add the user as CASWCM Admin.
Choose CASWCM Admin from the Available User Groups and Move it to the Selected User Groups.
Logout and Login to CASWCM application as the user.
