The technical reference guide lists the following under the CMN_SEC_USERS schema description.

LAST_LOGGED_IN_DATE - This column is deprecated and should no longer be used.

SQL tracing the license portlet also shows the the last_logged_in_date is being used.

The last_logged_in_date is not deprecated and is being used in Clarity. The license portlet is one such example where the field is used.

The Clarity Technical Reference Guide for Clarity 12.1.0 is updated to reflect that this field is still an active field. The field is populated when a Clarity user logs into the application.
