The OEM license under which SAP Business Objects is provided with CA Service Desk can ONLY be used with CA Products.

If the client wishes, they can directly contact SAP Business Objects to inquire about the cost to convert the OEM license to a commercial license so that Business Objects can be used with any other product, in addition to CA Products.
