After upgrade to Alchemist 5.3.1, users cannot get past the main menu.

Issue/Introduction

Description:

Upgraded from 5.2.1 to 5.3.1.

Can logon to the main Alchemist menu, which shows 5.3.1.

Try to select Request Management or anything else and get bounced back to the main menu.

Solution:

Verify that the 5.3.1 main menu panel you are using contains the customization for your OENAME.

Change the &ASRXOEN variable value in the panel to specify the Operational Environment name (OENAME) for your Alchemist system.
