Issue/Introduction

Description:

When filtering by Time Scale = Yearly in the allocation discrepancy portlet it returns:"System error. Contact system administrator."

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into clarity
  2. Add the Allocation Discrepancy portlet to any tab
  3. Attempt to filter by Time Scale = Yearly

Expected Results: The data in the portlet should display successfully.

Actual Results: A red error message appears on the page "System error. Contact system administrator."

Error from SQL trace: FAIL: [CA Clarity][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Invalid object name 'PRJ_BLB_SLICES_Y_ALC'.
