Issue/Introduction

Description

When the Datamart Extraction job is executed, it fails with the following error message. Why?

NJS-0401: Execution of job failed

Solution

The Datamart Settings have been configured and the Time Slicing job has completed successfully, however the reason the job failed is because the customer has a new implementation and there are no active projects created yet.

In addition to the Datamart Settings, create at least one active project with at least one Team Staff Member for the Datamart Extraction job to complete successfully.
