Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Access Infoview
  2. Login to Inforview

Expected: able to login.

Actual: Not able to login. Error: "Sorry, you do not have the right to execute this action. If you require this right, please see your system administrator".

Solution:

  1. Log into the CMC
  2. Click Licenses
  3. Enter the correct license key

If you purchase Business Objects directly from Business Objects, then get the license key from your IT department.

If you purchase Business Objects from CA, then contact Clarity Support for assistance.
