Clarity: On the Task page, the status values are missing in all the task instances.

When I open a Task instance, and click on the Task Status pulldown, I see no choices.

On the admin side of Clarity, when I go to Object > Task > Attribute > Status, Default value is empty.

Also on the Task Status lookup, the Lookup Properties: Values are empty (see attached taskStatus3.jpg)

This is a System Restricted lookup and there are no options to add any values.

How do I repopulate these values into the lookup?


Restart Clarity application services or Flush the Clarity cache if instructed by the Clarity Tech Support engineer.
