Description:
Customer looks in Clarity Application, Organizer, Notifications Tab and sees new entries for Risk, Issue and Change Request. She notices that the Change Request has the word, "Issue" and it should say "Change Request".
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a Risk Notification
Main Application > Projects > Open a project
Click on the 'Risks/Issues/Changes' tab at the top
Click 'Risks' link
Click 'New ' button
Create a new risk and click 'Save' button - Create an Issue Notification
Main Application > Projects > Open a project
Click on the 'Risks/Issues/Changes' tab at the top
Click 'Issues' link
Click 'New ' button
Create a new issue and click 'Save' button - Create a Change Request Notification
Main Application > Projects > Open a project
Click on the 'Risks/Issues/Changes' tab at the top
Click 'Change Requests' link
Click 'New ' button
Create a new change request and click 'Save' button - Main Navigation Menu > Personal: Organizer
Click on the Notifications tab and see the following notifications:
Risks Risk assigned. Risk: myRisk0001; Assigned By: User, Admin
Issues Issue assigned. Issue: 00000003: Assigned By: User, Admin
Change request assigned. Issue: CR-00002; Assigned By User, Admin
The last entry should say 'Change request assigned. Change Request CR-00002; Assigned By User, Admin.'
Solution:
WORKAROUND:
None. This is a minor cosmetic defect. The end-user can still identify the notification is for a 'Change Request'.
STATUS/RESOLUTION:
This issue has been documented as CLRT-57268 and is assigned to development for review.
