No, the Telon Test Facility is not delivered with Telon release 5.1.

There are 3 load modules that make up the TLTF: TSMASDEF, TSPATSOT and TSRTRAP3.

The TSO Test Facility does not work with Enterprise COBOL 3.3.1 or later. The Telon Test Facility has not changed since 2001. It is stabilized, so no further changes will be made to it. The stabilized version was shipped as part of release 5.0, but it will no longer be part of Telon as of release 5.1.
