Issue/Introduction

Description:

The R12 Web Agent configuration wizard fails to register a trusted host. The error contains the string used to try it. Manually trying it fails to register as well.
The only errors attained are failed handshakes in the SMPS log. Telnet to the Policy Server results in failed handshakes as well, proving that the ports are open and good.
The only other error in the SMPS log is:

[SmObjKeyManagement.cpp:435][ERROR] Failed to decrypt persistent key.

Solution:

This is resolved by rolling ALL keys. It is a key reading error that prevents the host registration from happening normally. If you see this, roll all the keys and try to register again.
