Clarity: Audit Trail performance problem

Issue/Introduction

Description:

Symptom:

Audit Trail link in Admin page, in Resource and Project, it has very slow performance.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login Clarity and go to Data Administration.
   
   
2. Click on Audit Trial tab.

Expected Result: Page should be returned within reasontable time.

Actual Result: It took 20-30 mins to finish or time out.

None.
