DXManager failed to display Maps tab content, and display the message below:
The dxmanager java applets failed to run. Please ensure that a java run-time environment is installed and configured and the dxmanager is trusted.
We have put cadir hostnname in trusted site in the java setup, set ie browser to have java applets enabled but the problem persists.
This problem is caused by JRE 1.7 misconfiguration or installation problem
1) About Internet Explorer Browser:
DXmanager and JXweb support Internet Explorer 6, 7, and 8.
If you use Internet Explorer 9, run it in Internet Explorer 8 Browser Mode.
You must also enable JavaScript in your Internet browser.
2) Check if you have JRE 1.7 installed ( 64bits AND 32bits )
2.1) Run <JRE_installation_path>\bin\javacpl.exe
2.2) Click "Advanced" tab, and expand "Default Java for browsers"
2.3) Check that "Microsoft Internet Explorer" is selected

2.4) Click "Security" tab, and check that "Enable Java content in the browser" is selected

3) Verify that the JRE is enabled from Internet Explorer ( See details in http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/manage-add-ons#ie=ie-11 )
4) In Internet Explorer, click Tools -> Manage Add-ons
4.1) In the Manage Add-ons dialog, select Toolsbars and Extensions, and show "All add-ons"
4.2) Check that "Java Plug-in 10.80.2" is listed
