After installing CA Top Secret, the following error occurs at startup:

Solution:

The ERROR 39 usually indicates the encryption key on the security file doesn't match the encryption key in the CAILIB.

One of the installation steps is to assign the key. This involves running the TSSKEY job.

Sample JCL TSSKEY can be found for:

CA Top Secret 15.0 CAKOJCL0 library
CA Top Secret 14.0 CAIJCL library
CA Top Secret 12.0 and below SAMPJCL library
