Issue/Introduction

What access right or role is needed to change the Collaboration Manager on a project?

Cause

There is not any permission within Clarity to do this. Only a Collaboration Manager can maintain the participant/Collaboration Manager list of a project.

Resolution

To change the Collaboration Manager on a project:

  1. Log in as a current Collaboration Manager for the project.
  2. Once logged in, navigate to the team tab/participants subtab of the project.
  3. From there, you can make the needed changes to the Collaboration Manager.
