Clarity: Page Layout defaults to 'Project Default Page Layout' in Create Programs.

Issue/Introduction

Description:

Project and Programs do not honor respective defined page layouts but instead defaults to Project Default Page layout even though it is not set up as the default.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Admin Tool > Studio: Portlet Pages
2. Select Project Default Layout and modify the content (I added the Action Items portlet to the Dashboard tab)
3. Select the Program Layout and verify the Dashboard tab is set up with different content than the Project Default Tab
4. Admin Tool > Studio : Objects > Project > Attributes > select Page Layout
5. Verify no default is set
6. Main Application > Programs > Click 'New' button > create a new program
7. Go to the Dashboard tab for your newly created program

Expected Results: Content to reflect that defined in the Program Layout.
Actual Results: Content is that of the Project Default Layout.

Solution:

WORKAROUND:

1. Admin Tool > Studio : Objects > Project > Attributes > edit the Page Layout attribute
2. Select either the Project or Program layout as the default attribute value
3. Navigate to Views and select Project Properties [Fields]
4. Select the page layout and select Override default and enter the desired layout
5. Navigate to Views and select Program Properties [Fields]
6. Select the page layout and select Override default and enter the desired layout

Resolved in Clarity 12.1.0.
