Description:
The "XPSexplorer" command runs correctly when using an "Administrator" account but with the "System" account and with the same environment settings, "XPSexplorer" can't export anything.
The obtained message is:

Solution:
The "System" account probably hasn't all privileges that has the "administrator" account.
To use XPSExplorer, you must be an administrator with XPSExplorer rights (see SiteMinder Policy Server Admin Guide, chapter 17 Policy Server Tools, XPSExplorer).
