When opening a project through Open Workbench, it is throwing "ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000" error and unable to open the project.

This project contains around 1600 tasks and unable to provide RMP copy of the project. We are using OWB 1.1.6.

This issue also occurs for Master Projects with more than 1,000 subproject dependencies.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Login to Clarity.

  2. Main Application > Projects > Select any project that has more than 1,000 dependencies.

  3. From the Project General Properties page, click 'Go' button to Open the project in Open Workbench.

Expected Results: The project should open in Open Workbench.

Actual Results: Receive error 'Unable to open project. An error occurred on the server: ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000. Retry the operation and if the failure continues, contact your support personnel."

Remove the extra dependencies and the project will open in OWB or split the master project into two projects in order to allow to add more dependencies.
