Description:

LDAP - Synchronize New and Changed Users job synchronizes only 225 users.

Customer runs the LDAP - Synchronize New and Changed Users job and only 225 users are created/updated in Clarity.

Customer recently upgraded to 12.1 from 12.0.6.

When running the LDAP Synchronize New and Changed users jobs, only 225 users are being synced. The ldapusers file (only one file is created) also contains only 225 users.

When they use the search filter used in NSA in an LDAP Browser or from the command prompt using ldifde command, it returns 30,000 users but Clarity job syncs 225 users.

The job worked fine and synced all users in 12.0.6 but it does not work and syncs only 225 users in 12.1.

Solution:

This is documented as a defect CLRT-58130 and will be fixed in 12.1.0.2.
