Clarity: Timesheet Menu item and Icon missing for Timesheet entry

Some users are seeing the timesheet icon and others are not available due to missing Global Right.

Steps to Recreate:

1. Sign in to clarity
2. Try finding the time entry menu item or icon on right top corner

Expected Result: To be able to Enter Timesheets
Actual Result: Not able to see the Icon and menu item to enter time

Solution:

Added Global Timesheet - Navigate
