Issue/Introduction

It is possible to see the message: TRAC014E - JCL VALIDATION ERROR - eventname RC=10, if  Jobtrac  is in the process of job submission and the JMF table is being reloaded at the same time.

Resolution

 The recommendation is to place  Jobtrac  on HOLD, load the JMF table, and then issue a  Jobtrac  RELEASE.
