Downloading eHealth 6.2.1 for a Windows server

Description:
This document clarifies where to locate the eHealth 6.2.1 downloads, which ISO files to download, and how to start the upgrade or fresh installation process.
Solution:
The Download Center has the DVD images that you need for a fresh install. Make the following selections to download:
Product Name: CA eHealth E2E Console - MULTI-PLATFORM
Release: 6.2
Gen Level: SP01
There will be four images to download:

You will need to either burn each ISO image to DVD or mount them as virtual DVDs using a third-party application such as MagicISO or Virtual CD-ROM (these third party apps are not provided by and are unsupported by CA Technologies). Copy the contents of each of the four DVDs to a local partition. For the rest of this section we will assume you have saved each to the following example locations:
c:\eh61Inst_1
c:\eh61Inst_2
c:\eh621Inst
c:\ora10204Inst
Open a command line window and switch into the c:\ora10204Inst directory. Unzip the Oracle file ORA_WIN_10204.ZIP.
Extract InstallPlus from c:\eh621Inst. In the command line window, change into the c:\eh621Inst directory and run the command: ENU_621_WIN_00_PLUS.exe
Once the files are extracted, start installPlus with the setup.exe file.
During the preparatory steps of the installation, you will be asked to provide the location of the install files you will be using. Each location is listed below:
eHealth files: c:\eh61Inst_1\eHealth
Oracle Install files: c:\eh61Inst_2\OracleBase
Oracle Update files: c:\ora10204Inst

Before you can install eHealth 6.2.1 you need to upgrade Oracle to 10.2.0.4. Follow the instructions in the readme file to perform this process.
Updating eHealth from 6.1.x or 6.2.0 to 6.2.1 is the same as performing a service pack and cert update. First, unzip the following two files in the c:\eh62Inst directory:
ENU_621_WIN_P00.ZIP
EH_WIN_621_D04.ZIP
A number of files and subdirectories will be extracted. To install 6.2.1 and certification kit D04, first make sure the eHealth61 service is stopped, as well as the SystemEdge service (if it is installed on the server).
First install 6.2.1 from command line with the command: InstallPatch
Second, install certification kit D04 from command line with the command: InstallCert
Please note that there are readme files that will be extracted along with these files, and we strongly recommend you review them before installing.
