Issue/Introduction
When starting Top Secret, a U063 abend in TSSMNGR4 occurs.
Resolution
Check the system log for the following message:
*TSS9015E ERROR 4B DURING SECURITY FILE INITIALIZATION
The TSS9015E-4B error usually indicates the encryption key in the Top Secret CAKOJCL0 library does not match the encryption key of the security file. Part of the Top Secret install is a TSSKEY job that zaps the encryption key into the CAKOJCL0 library. Make sure this job was run using the correct encryption key.
